Vivace
Monday (timing tbc), 45 min - $140 per term at Stage Door Studios
45 min Group Singing Class for our older primary students.
Stage Door's Vivace Singing Class is a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic environment where older primary children can enjoy making music while building a strong foundation in music theory and vocal performance. We aim to inspire a love for singing while developing essential musical skills for future growth. Through a blend of play-based activities and introductory musical theory, children will explore key concepts like the staff, note values, rhythmic patterns, solfege, and rhythm reading, creating a solid foundation for their musical journey. Most importantly, singers will be encouraged to develop their self-confidence and have fun singing in a caring, and inclusive space.
Students rehearse towards singing recitals in the middle and at the end of the year.

* Mid Year Singing Recital - Friday, June 13, from 6pm
* End of Year Singing Recital - Friday, December 12, from 6pm
CLASS NAME MEANING
All of our Group Singing Classes are named after a musical term.
More often than not, musical terms are directions as to the volume, speed and style of a piece of music, and Italian words.
‘Vivace’ is no different
‘Vivace’ is a speed related term, which in English translates to ‘brisky, lively’.
We thought this a rather appropriate name for our energetic older primary aged students.
