Performing Arts
The Performing Arts are a form of creative expression which include drama, music and dance.
From 2 year-olds right through to adults, our mission is to not just share our passion for the Performing Arts, but to help students develop their talent, build self confidence and most of all - have fun!
As well as providing a safe and welcoming place for children and young people to express their creativity (and release a little energy!), researchers agree that participating in Performing Arts activities can also be highly beneficial academically and socially. Kids involved in the Arts have shown improvements in subjects such as maths, reading, and comprehension, and built their critical thinking, cognitive ability and verbal skills.
Regular involvement has also been proven to improve motivation, concentration and teamwork, while building communication skills and increasing social awareness. Through exposure to the Arts students learn to rely on and explore their own initiative and creativity, develop problem solving skills, and most importantly – grow their self-belief and confidence. Possession a great memory is an extremely valuable skill set, and one that is present in the vast majority of highly successful professional adults. Performing Arts education provides young people with a fun way to develop these skills.

PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
Individual or group "problems" invariably arise during the the course of a class.
